Get pain relief with Classical Osteopathy so that you can get back to doing what you love.
Osteopathy is a form of touch therapy that uses a whole body approach to find the reason WHY you have pain
It's gentle and it works.
I work with bodies of all ages and all stages of life:
babies
kids
teenagers
pregnancy
postpartum
perimenopause
menopause
middle age
seniors
women and men.
.
Why this matters
Did you know that there are lots of different reasons for your pain?
A sore and tight back, for example, can be caused from too much tension in your neck, arms, ribs, pelvis, pelvic floor, legs or from too much tension in your abdomen.
Why? When one area has too much tension it pulls on other areas and compresses or stops other parts of your body from moving as they are designed to. Your whole body is connected and all the parts are designed to work together as one team.
My job is to find those areas of your body that have too much tension and reset it in a gentle and effective way. It's all about balancing tension, not eliminating it. We need that just right amount of tension in our bodies to keep us upright and moving.
Why you'll love it
Treatments are calming, gentle and effective
I use a work smarter (not harder) approach. My goal is to use: -the right angle -the right depth -and do it in the right order for your body That's how working gently can actually get you real and long lasting results.
Each treatment is customized to your body and your situation
Because no one else is exactly like you. No basic, cookie cutter treatments that don't work for your body.
It works
I am good at finding the reason WHY you have pain, so you get longer lasting results that stick and you actually start to make progress.
You deserve high level, customized care, that gets real results.
I do all of the work for you
Your results don't depend on you doing exercises or stretches at home.
No need to buy special pillows, orthotics, mouthguards or exercise equipment to maintain your results. (I'm not saying that those approaches don't work. I'm just saying that's not how I work.)
